Recently we have found that our Flashers are becoming more and more professional in Android phones and sent us many feedback of Flash phones. And if your could provide log files of your phone to us when you find a bug, that really helps a lot.
To catch log files, there are 5 simple steps:
1st. Dial on phone and select the MTKLogger;
2nd. Click, and deactivate ModemLog, NetworkLog and GPSLog, since R&D only need MobileLog for further investigation.
3rd. Click, and then the log running;
4th. When the issue or the bug occurs, click to stop the log.
5th. Copy the file named mtklog from the internal storage and send the file to us via Flash Official Email [firstname.lastname@example.org]
P.S. After you email the mktlog to Flash Official Email, you could delete the original file in the phone storage. So next time, you could catch a new log file with new issue~ Thank you.
