I do understand this. Also, this is one of the apps that I uninstall right off the setup screen on the phones (newer one in the future too, if this is included) I have. Please don't count on this as I know that every phone has different configurations/setup but what I've remembered is to have another keyboard app installed, set it as the default, before you'll be able to get an option to uninstall Touchpal.
Right after the setup on the phone, I just immediately go to Play store, swipe to the right and load my apps on the screen, scroll until I reach Google Keyboard (since it is already added on my account) and install it. Set it as default then uninstall Touchpal.
Disable/Uninstall is greyed-out for Touchpal and only Force Close is active, until I have another keyboard app and set to default that I can select Disable/Uninstall (usually, it's Uninstall) but then again, I have AF2 not FP2 so it might really be different just like how Now On Tap works on mine but some FP2 users can't make it work.
