At first I was hesitant to send due to distance and for sure be missing my Flash 2. But with the continues contact with Julius Cayton, everything turned to trust.
So here's the background of everything that they made a resolutions on it. Just last week, I noticed an abrapt change on my speaker. The sounds became unjustifyable that a music and movie goer like me would love to. In tagalog "naging basag ang sounds". And lately, I found a backlight bleed on my unit as time pass by.
I mailed my unit last April 2, and they received on April 3. They made actions immediately and mailed back to me yesterday via Air21. Just now, I got my unit back. I made a random test and obviously the sounds came back to normal. Backlight bleeding is gone. Touch panel is so amazing. Its like a brand new phone again.
Everything wouldn't be possible with the help of Sir Julius. Thanks to you sir.
I am writing this because I want to share the best experienced ever that the team gave to me. Thanks to our very supportive Service Centers and of course, HQ for letting me use my warranty.
To everyone who noticed something to their phone, please do make use of your warranty. Disregard distance if you're far away. In the end, its the betterment of our unit. I am from Ilocos Norte and mailed my unit to Manila. In an instant, actions were made and right now, I'm loving the brand new unit of mine.
