Hi @Kim_Lisondra, We have some verifying question to get more scenario when you did set-up your smartwatch. Have you selected the first on the list of BT Notiication using the QR code reader on your smartwatch?
Usually the first on the list is the most compatible one. I suggest that you have to 1. reset your smartwatch. 2. Update your android for the latest version 3. Redo the set-up procedure 4.check each functions. Make you sure you have the call , call accessory, call accessibility set up accordingly on your AF2. Then proceed to do the set-up of your smartwatch.
