The title says it all. I am so disappointed with Lazada Philippines right now. It has almost been a month since I returned my Alcatel Flash 2 to them since I found some stuck pixels on the display and was having some Wi-Fi issues, but up to now, they haven't given me concrete updates regarding my return. My item reached their warehouse last January 11, 2016, and according to their return policy, the evaluation period will take at most 48 hours or 2 days. It's already February 6, 2016, (27 days after!) but they haven't e-mailed or called me regarding my request for replacement. I have been constantly following up my return to their customer service for the past few weeks and days but all they give me is the usual "We'll follow it up. Please wait 24-48 hours for feedback." reply. I am so disappointed and frustrated as to why nothing seems to be happening. How poor and slow can their service be? Honestly, I am so fed up with their after-sales. They are wasting their customers' time and money. I miss the Alcatel Flash 2. It's definitely a two thumbs up for the Alcatel Flash 2, but I surely can't say the same for Lazada PH. Maybe Alcatel should reconsider their partnership with the said company. Effortless Shopping? More like STRESSFUL SHOPPING
